The ThermoVault1000-P system includes a stainless steel thermal barrier and a Temp1000P data logger. The durable enclosure can withstand temperatures up to 230ºC when completely submerged and 350ºC in dry heat applications (o-ring removed). The device is easy to use, simply open the enclosure, insert the Temp1000P, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The Thermovault1000-P is built for use in applications that required extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging.
The ThermoVault140 is an extreme high temperature data logging system, for use with a HiTemp140 data logger and stainless steel thermal barrier enclosure. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C when completely submerged and 350°C in dry heat applications (O-ring removed). The ThermoVault140 is built for use in harsh applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging. The ThermoVault140 is available in multiple probe sizes. The 5.25” probe is ideal for ambient temperature monitoring, while the 24” flexible probe can be easily adjusted to measure hard-to-reach locations, or even the internal temperature of a product.

This low cost wind speed recording system comes complete with the Pulse101A data logger, weatherproof enclosure, a three-cup anemometer and all the necessary cabling to quickly get up-and-running. The Pulse101A data logger can measure and record data for up to 500,000 readings and the storage medium is non-volatile, solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer using our user-friendly software.
MadgeTechs Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a NIST traceable RFTCTemp2000A data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the RFTCTemp2000A data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display. In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the RFTCTemp2000A is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.

The Cryo-Temp can be used in a broad line of applications such as monitoring blood plasma, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, frozen foods and shipping containers. This stand-alone device does not require any additional probes. The enclosure is designed with a handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. It utilizes a USB docking station to communicate with a personal computer. The user can view the data in graphical or tabular form. High and low alarm limits and high and low warning limits can be programmed through the software. The user can set the alarm limits in the range required for the goods to be maintained. The warn limits can be set to alert the user when the temperature is nearing a high or low alarm limit. The Cryo-Temp is equipped with three LEDs. The green LED will blink every 15 seconds while the recorder is logging. MadgeTech’s Carcass Temperature Data Logger measures and records data from up to 8 thermocouple channels allowing the user to verify and validate post-production meat pasteurization cycles. The CTL2000 aids in reducing pathogens, and helps to ensure post-slaughter pasteurization process parameters are met. The CTL2000 has a black anodized aluminum enclosure with a stainless steel hook allowing the device to be hung directly from a carcass. This durable data logger is splashproof and can be used through the entire pasteurization process. The CTL2000 data logger can measure and record data utilizing up to eight thermocouples which can be inserted into different sections of the meat to provide an overall temperature profile. This data logger features a push button or programmable start and status LEDs for process optimization. In addition, if a thermocouple is removed or severed during logging, the software automatically annotates the data. MadgeTech’s CTL2000 can help to reduce and prevent food safety problems, improve quality and ensure that the chances of a recall are minimized.
