Thermal shield for the HiTemp140 data logger. Available with a vented top or flush top. The HiTemp140-TS is a thermal shield designed for use with the HiTemp140 data logger. This durable enclosure allows the data logger to be used in temperatures from –200°C to +250°C, making it ideal for peanut roasting, food processing, autoclave validation and other extreme temperature applications. To use, simply place the HiTemp140 in the IFC400 docking station (sold separately). Use the MadgeTech software to program a start method and reading rate. Place the HiTemp140 in the HiTemp140-TS enclosure and screw it back together. The device is ready to be deployed.

Simply open the enclosure, insert the HiTemp150 or HiTemp150-PT, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The ThermoVault1000 is a stainless steel thermal barrier for use with the Temp1000P or Temp1000FP data loggers. This durable enclosure is submersible and can withstand temperatures of up to 350°C (230°C with O-Ring). This device is easy to install. Simply open the enclosure, insert the data logger, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The ThermoVault1000 is built for use in applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging.

This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C when completely submerged and 350°C in dry heat applications (O-ring removed). The ThermoVault140 is built for use in harsh applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging. The ThermoVault140 is available in multiple probe sizes. The 5.25” probe is ideal for ambient temperature monitoring, while the 24” flexible probe can be easily adjusted to measure hard-to-reach locations, or even the internal temperature of a product.
